Regional Choir Music Staff – Angus

We’re seeking passionate Music Staff to join our Angus choir based in Forfar. This is your chance to be part of a vibrant musical community for children and young people, using the renowned Kodály approach to music education.
You’ll work alongside our Regional Choir Director to deliver high-quality musicianship education that builds musical skills, confidence, and joy in singing.

What you’ll do:

• Teach engaging, games-based musicianship classes using the Kodály methodology
• Support singing rehearsals with age-appropriate repertoire
• Help young singers progress through Bronze, Silver, and Gold Award certifications
• Contribute to exciting Winter and Summer showcase concerts

What we’re looking for:

• Training in the Kodály approach to musicianship
• Experience working with young people
• Passion for nurturing musical development in children
• Commitment to NYCOS’s mission of promoting choral singing in Scotland
