These informal, one-hour sessions will run over 6 weeks, building on and improving the skills you’ve already developed, or serving as an introduction to Kodály based musicianship if you have little or no prior experience of this approach.

If you’re planning to join us at the NYCOS Kodály Summer School in July 2027, these sessions provide excellent preparation. Full certification options will be available at the Summer School.
The cost for one block is £59, and student prices are available.
- Level 1/2 – An introduction to Kodály based musicianship for those people who have little or no prior musical experience.
- Level 3/4 – An introduction to Kodály based musicianship for those people who have a strong musical background but are new to solfa, or for those who have completed level 2.
- Level 5/6 – For those who would like a refresher/further practice at this level, or for those who have completed level 4.
- Level 7/8 – For those who would like a refresher/further practice at this level, or for those who have completed level 6.
