Artistically led by the effervescent Christopher Bell, the National Youth Choir of Scotland (NYCoS) is dedicated to providing high-level singing opportunities for over 2,000 young people across Scotland.
Formed in 1996 as a flagship youth choir, its activities have since expanded to include four National Choirs, 11 Area Choirs, a strong educational remit providing training in vocal education and a large variety of educational resources, publications and song books.

Follow usIdeal for class teachers, specialist music teachers, choir leaders, instrumental teachers and nursery staff, the conference aims to develop the awareness of the Kodály methodology of music education – the only conference of its kind in Scotland.
More InformationNYCoS will perform Music From the British Isles on Friday 17th July at St Cuthbert's Church in Edinburgh. They will then be joined by the NYCoS Training Choir on Saturday 18th July for a performance at Perth Concert Hall.
