Shona Morgan - Music Staff

Shona was born in Dundee and graduated with a Bachelor of Music Honours degree from Edinburgh University. Since then she has worked for The Scottish Chamber Orchestra, National Association of Youth Orchestras and following a year of voluntary work abroad, completed a PGCE in music education. 

In the 1990's she was Musical Director for Edinburgh University Savoy Opera Group, Edinburgh Music Theatre and assisted with the chorister-training scheme at Palmerston Place Church. She was alto coach for NYCOS in 1997 and for the Ulster Youth Choir in 2001. 

Shona currently lives in Sheffield, is musical director of Sheffield Teachers' Operatic Society and works with the City of Sheffield Young Choirs.
